Bids for Jalan Bunga Rampai and Irwell Bank Rd GLS sites lower than expected
Singapore developer Wee Hur Development placed the highest bid for the 4,666.6 square metre Government Land Sales (GLS) at Jalan Bunga Rampai. The winning bid for the District 19 site was $93.39 million. The land rate for the site works out to $885 psf ppr.
City Developments Limited (CDL) won the bid for the other GLS site at Irwell Bank Road. CDL bidded $583.89 million for the District 9 site, which is bounded by Irwell Hill Road and River Valley Road.
