Sales of new private homes holding up in August
More than a thousand new private apartments and condominiums were sold in August 2019.
Projects which achieved notable sales include the recently launched Parc Clematis, The Florence Residences in District 19, Treasure at Tampines, Parc Botannia, Parc Esta in District 14 and the executive condo of Piermont Grand.
2 of the upcoming project launches in September and October are the District 11 condos of Pullman Residences and Neu at Novena. Pullman Residences is located just 3 minutes walk from the Newton MRT station, while Neu At Novena is just 4 minutes walk from Novena MRT station.
